The terms of duly executed Sale and construction Agreement shall be final and would be binding on all parties.

All plans are approved by CMDA and RERA. The Promoter has applied to CMDA for a revised plan to add one more floor to the project. The brochure  and all marketing materials are prepared based on the plan already submitted to CMDA
